Electromagnetic Diaphragm Valve ED-V50 Series

A diaphragm (fluororesin-based, PTFE) is used for the upper seal of the liquid connection part.

The electromagnetic diaphragm valve ED-V50 series has liquid material inlet and outlet ports that are M6. Since a diaphragm (fluororesin-based, PTFE) is used for the upper seal of the liquid contact part, there is no leakage of liquid materials into the drive body. Depending on the nature of the liquid, all fittings, tubes, and needles in contact with the liquid can be made of resin or Teflon materials. The materials in contact with the fluid (liquid contact materials) are made of highly corrosion-resistant PCTFE and PTFE, making it suitable for a wide range of fluids. Electromagnetic Diaphragm Valve ED-V50 Series

There is no liquid material wrapping around the drive body (drive part).

In the electromagnetic diaphragm valve ED-V50 series, the inlet and outlet for liquid materials are M6. The upper seal of the wetted part uses a diaphragm (fluororesin-based, PTFE), preventing liquid materials from flowing into the drive body. Depending on the liquid content, all wetted fittings, tubes, and needles can be piped using resin or Teflon materials. For the materials that come into contact with the fluid (wetted part materials), highly corrosion-resistant PCTFE and PTFE are used, making it suitable for a wide range of fluids. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
